Hi, I’m Alex.

You might have seen me on social media or pushing myself to the limit on Netflix’s Physical: Asia. But the truth is, I’m not anything special.

Not long ago, I was exactly where many women find themselves:
Training hard. Eating “right”. Doing all the things I was told to do and still not seeing results.

I’d put in months of effort, get frustrated, give up… then start again.
Over and over.

Everything changed when I realised how much I didn’t know.

Meeting Matt opened my eyes to the gaps in my understanding, and from that point on, I became obsessed with learning. I wanted to understand why things worked, not just blindly follow plans.

Once I had the right information and filtered out the BS, the results finally came.


And seven years later, I’m here.

I’m a qualified personal trainer and have coached women both in person and online for years. My approach has always been the same:
Make strength, confidence, and progress feel empowering, not stressful. Getting you the results you want.

I train hard, but I will never waste your time.
Everything I program and teach is intentional, effective, and grounded in real-world results.

I want you to understand your body.
To feel strong, capable, and in control and not confused or dependent.

I was tired of seeing people intentionally overcomplicating fitness to keep clients stuck longer. That’s not coaching.

I started coaching clients face-to-face long before moving online, and I continue to work with clients one-on-one today.
